1. Campaign Period:

The 100% Cashback Campaign (“Campaign”) is valid from 18.11.2024 00h00 to 24.11.2024 23h59

 

2. Eligibility:

This campaign is open to all registered customers who make a purchase on www.hoookedyarn.com during the Campaign Period.

 

3. Cashback Details:

1. Registered customers will receive fixed discount depending on their purchase total amount, excluding shipping and handling fees and before VAT.

1. 1. Above 60€ purchase = 20% direct discount
   2. Above 150€ purchase = 30% direct discount + free shipping
   3. Above 250€ purchase = 40% direct discount + free shipping

2. The discount will be applied directly on the basket before checkout on hoookedyarn.com 

3. The amount of the discount is applied before VAT and calculated before shipping and handling fees

4. The discount is only valid for full priced articles and articles that are in stock on the moment of the checkout.

 

4. Redemption:

1. To redeem the cashback, customers must have an account on hoookedyarn.com and login before making the purchase.

2. The discount code will be sent to the customer’s email address used for the purchase until 09.12.2014

 

5. Usage of the voucher:

1. The discount code is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. The discount code must be used between 09.12.24 and 15.12.24

3. The discount code can be used sitewide on hoookedyarn.com, upon stock availability and on full priced items only.

4. The amount of the discount code is valid before VAT and excluding shipping and handling fees.

 

6. General conditions

1. Hoooked Portugal reserves the right to modify and/or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

2. Any fraudulent activity or violation of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification from the Campaign.

3. By participating in the Campaign, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and to the decisions of Hoooked Portugal, which are final and binding.

 

7. Limitation of liability:

1. Hoooked Portugal is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, network or server failures, or any other issues beyond its control that may affect the participation in the Campaign.

2. Hoooked Portugal shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the discount

3. In case of any return of goods purchased during this campaign, the discount is not refundable.

 

8. Governing law:

1. The terms and conditions of this campaign are under Portuguese Law and any conflict is subject to the jurisdiction of Hoooked's HQ, Santarém, Portugal.
