Terms and Conditions

Welcome to www.hoookedyarn.com (“Hoooked Store”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Hoooked Store. By accessing or using the Hoooked Store, including purchasing products on www.hoookedyarn.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

 

Stock Availability

We only sell products we have in stock in our own warehouse. We do not take backorders at Hoooked.

Hoooked Zpagetti yarn is sold in unique and constantly changing collections. Colors, patterns, and prints may vary, and it may not be possible to reorder the exact same item again. Handcrafted items may also show slight variations in shape, size, or color compared to images shown online, as no two handmade items are identical.

 

Product Information

We make every effort to photograph and describe our products accurately. However, due to differences in screen resolution and display settings, colors may appear slightly different on your device. Please review product images and descriptions carefully before placing an order. If you have specific questions about a product, you may contact us to request additional details such as RAL color references.

 

Placing an Order and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing the items ordered, the delivery details, and the total amount payable (including VAT).

Please note: This order confirmation is not acceptance of your order. A contract between you and Hoooked is only formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email and the goods are shipped. Until that time, we reserve the right to decline or cancel your order.

 

Pricing and Errors

We take care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices shown on our website are correct. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price, description, or availability of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will then have the option to:

  • reconfirm your order at the correct price/details, or
  • cancel your order for a full refund.

If we are unable to contact you, or if the order was clearly affected by a technical or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund of any amounts paid.

 

Order Cancellation by You

If you wish to change or cancel your order after placing it, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and refund your purchase price or make necessary adjustments.

 

Shipping

We use trusted delivery partners depending on the destination country. During checkout, you will be presented with available shipping options.

Complaints

If you receive damaged goods, incorrect items, or if something is missing, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and, where applicable, photos of the product.
