We’re happy to ship your Hoooked yarns and accessories to makers around the world! Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Portugal.
• We aim to ship your order within 1–3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
• Please note: during peak periods (such as sales, new collection launches, or holidays), slight delays may occur.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your shipping address.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees depending on your country’s regulations.
• These charges are not included in the shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility.
• Hoooked is not liable for any additional charges once the package is shipped.
• If customs fees are refused or unpaid, the package may be returned or abandoned. In such cases, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and any additional return or handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
• If your parcel is delivered to a pickup point and is not collected in time, it will be returned to us. In this case, the original shipping fee will also not be refunded.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package on its journey.

Wrong Address / Delivery Issues

• Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
• We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional reshipping costs may apply.
