Sustainable from the start
Since 2008, we’ve been turning textile waste into creative treasure. All our yarns are proudly produced in-house at our recycling centre in Portugal, where we carefully select, process, and package leftover fabrics from European fashion factories. This way, we guarantee quality, traceability, and fair working conditions—no greenwashing, just honest sustainability.

Back in 2008, Zpagetti put us on the map as pioneers of sustainable yarns. Made from 100% reused fashion waste sourced from European textile factories, every cone is selected, processed, and packaged in-house at our Hoooked recycling centre in Portugal. That means full control over quality, colour, and fair labour practices—no shortcuts. This t-shirt yarn is not standardised and cannot be re-ordered, when it is gone, it is gone as it comes from fashion industry waste and fashion is always evolving.

Washing Instructions
Your handmade pieces deserve a little extra love! All Hoooked yarns are machine washable at low temperatures. Just remember to remove any accessories like buttons, zippers, or handles, and pop your item inside out in an old pillowcase for protection. Use a mild detergent and the hand wash cycle (30–40°C / 85–105°F), washing with similar colours. Let it dry flat to keep its shape—and if it needs a little smoothing, gently steam it with an iron.
